HINSON returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 30 days of having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused. This means you can try on our shoes but not wear them outside. We, therefore, recommend that you try on shoes on soft surfaces and at home (e.g.carpet). All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. If the return conditions are not met, we are forced to charge handling costs (such as cleaning or the costs of new packing materials) or refuse the return shipment.
Our handling costs are 5 euros per returned item (only when you can not comply with our policy, so when the shoes are returned damaged or dirty. So don´t worry, we will never automatically charge 5 euros). We will settle these costs with the refund of your order.
If you return an order, always keep your tracking number and receipts so you have proof of shipment. Return costs are not reimbursed by us, unless there was a mistake in delivery caused by us. Choose a courier of your choice when you want to return the package.When returning goods by mail, please ensure that you fill in and enclose the return form, and put the attached return sticker on the box for address info. The returns form will be enclosed in your delivery. If you have not received one or lost it, please contact us. Please make sure that on the airway bill and the package there is clearly written: Returned goods, no commercial value.
COMBO DEAL NOTE: The extra discount is vallid if you buy two pairs or more. In case that you return one of the pairs and remain with less then two pairs, the offer is no longer valid and we are going to apply the price for a single pair (the sale price in red)
